Not Uber! Terribly underestimated my fare!

The app quoted me prices no where near my metered fares! I was charged 67€ when I was estimated 45. Our driver was pleaant when we complained and charged us 55 instead. Our driver used the meter properly and took the fastest route according to google (Im a little neuratic when in Italy and watched) so I am certain that the error was "myTaxis."

Turs out any fare estimated by "myTaxi" is irrelevent and unbinding. Taxis can charge whatever they like and take any route they like. In this case "myTaxi" quoted us a a lowballed fare, the official meter was much higher.

"myTaxi" essentially is taxi hailing service. It is not Uber and has no priceing guarentee. In the future, when in Rome, Ill just hail a cab (much faster) and negotiate a price myself.
