Unpardonable.

I used this application for months with no issue at all, but on 01/08/2016 my driver didnt show (nobody warned me either)... Impossible to find another driver easily because of the summer season and the early hour (05:15 a.m.), so I missed my flight to Rome and I couldnt attend an important professional meeting there. I couldnt get a refund of the ticket either.
I will never ever use this App again.
