Good idea, bad service.

Generally a good idea but service is horrible in Berlin. When you can get a cab, about only 50% of the time the drivers are less than professional. Even though every driver has a "5 star" rating. The other 50% of the time the drivers cancel the trip before they arrive.

Again good app idea, poor quality service.
