Uygulama iyi düşünülmüş ama sistem iyi işlemiyor. 23 zloti gösterdiği yere 34 zloti hesap ödedim. Normal şartlarda telefonla taksi çağırdığımda aynı mesafeye 16-17 zloti ödüyorum. Eğer Lehçe bilmiyorsanız bir arkadaşınızdan sizin için bir taksi çağırmasını rica edin. Bu dolandırıcılara para kazandırmayın.

Suggestion: looks like you need a local EU number to sign up? Help visitors by trying to do away with that restriction!

I was using the app in Rome, Italy. They charged my Apple Pay some amount and the charge doubled after the ride. It happened twice. Customer support took 3 days to get back to me and offered a voucher for a later trip rather than refund me. I’ll take it up with the credit card company, this is fraud. You can’t charge more than what the customer agreed to pay.

Very easy to use and good drivers.

Because it’s better in every aspect than Uber, there’s always more of w wet vehicle available, and it’s also more fair to drivers— they do not wait forever to get their earnings. That doesn’t guarantee every FREENOW driver will be in a good mood (they usually are), but it tends to mean most Uber drivers are in a bad mood because they won’t see your money and tip for a long time.

Beside the app being buggy a.f., intermediation fee is now 4€ (!!) in Milan, independent of trip length. So for a 12 eur ride, you are charged an extra 30% for using my taxi. On top of the commission the driver pays.. hail one in the street or get an Uber - or oder a Taxi via Uber app - still cheaper!

This is the app you want to use if you’re in Europe. Not sure if every country uses this, but we have used this app in Spain and Italy. You can pre-book trips. We booked our return flight to Chicago immediately when we arrived in Barcelona.

I was in safe hands with this expert driver. However, the car was cold and the seats dirty.

I have lived in Rome for just over 3 years now. The taxi drivers are apparently allowed to adjust the price or double charge the trip at the last minute (at the time we exited the car/end of the trip. This has now happened multiple times with our FREENOW drivers. The taxis here are more expensive than New York City (where I lived for 15 years before Rome). FREENOW makes it even worse. Stick to Uber or rent a bicycle (it’s seriously about as quick). Ridiculous.

We are currently in Spain and have been trying to book taxis the whole time. Every time it says waiting for 15-20 minutes just for us not to get a driver when there are taxis all over. I understand there are other drivers but the fact that it has us waiting for so long just to not get a ride, and that this has happened every time is ridiculous.

Prompt, friendly and quick safe driver. Highly recommend.

Working well but map does not allow full screen display

I downloaded the app. It asked me for my phone number which I submitted with the correct country code. Received a verification code that I then submitted. It then asked me for my name and email address to complete my profile. I keep getting a message that something went wrong and to try again later. The problem is that I need the app now to use in London.

First time using the app and the driver cancelled my ride. And then I had to wait. I was going to cancel the request, but I wasn’t sure what would happen since I already paid the fare. I think I’ll go back to Uber.

Easy access smooth ride

I just booked a taxi in Dublin and the price range was €13-€18. As it was a Sunday night and plenty taxis were available I assumed I would be somewhere in the middle to lower end of cost not only was a charged $18 but I was also then charged an additional two dollars for a technology fee that came after the fact. The FREENOW app is unavoidable in some places, so just beware that you are likely to pay the higher end plus fees. Just don’t listen to their marketing and the app will work just fine for you.

We used FREENOW a few times while in Ireland and are very impressed with their service. Each time they have come super fast and with our scheduled trips to the airport the drivers arrived in-time…just what you need for that trip. Our first trip with FREENOW included a bonus of live Irish music! The music was great and the service from FREENOW each time has been as well. Can’t say enough good things about them and the drivers. Thank you FREENOW!!

The app is great when it works. Often times in Athens, where I had plenty of signal strength, I had to pull up the app and close it four or more times before it would start working. When it works, it works great, allowing the tracking of the taxi and our trip. One small change that I’d like to see is that it should be easier to change the pick up point.

oof. More than €48 to go 12 KM in from Poasco to Linate. I should've kept the rental car another day.

Unable to receive registration Sms on neither Dutch, not Estonian number. No way to register with email.

This app is very easy to use and helpful to know when you are close to your destination or your cab is close to you.

Using on iPhone 16 Pro - App is constantly crashing & freezing, problem unique to this app on my phone. Pls fix.

Ordered a taxi while in Rome, the app didn’t give a fixed price just an estimate €21-€35 + €3 fee. Guess what the driver took a longer route purposely so he can get the maximum amount. The ride should’ve taken 20 minutes, but it took us almost 40 minutes to get to my destination.

The taxi never showed up and it showed sitting at the same location for five minutes and not moving.

Basically gave me a tour of the city on the drive. Even pulled over to assist me

I ordered a taxi on 25.01.2025 at 04.00 but it did not arrive at the destination. I was late for the Italian airport. The business taxi FT 647 CV, driver Andrea S, car Ford, did not arrive at the hotel to take me to the airport. Therefore, I ask you to refund the 58 euros you charged me to my account.

Every ride we’ve been overcharged, the meter and the app say one price and they always charge a lot more! Wait inside the cab until they type in the amount of money they are charging you. In Valencia they all charge you waaaay more (€10+) specially if you are a foreigner. Valencia needs Uber RIGHT NOW!!!! STOP THE SCAM!!!!!

Well then this is the app for you! They charge you whatever the taxi driver claims and you have no recourse even if it’s £20 over the meter!! You can get scammed by taxi drivers for cheaper by calling a taxi company.

The app shows weird text all over instead of icons. Home button appears as long text that takes up entire line. The developers have published the debug version

Drivers are always pleasant, help me with luggage from door to trunk or reverse. Estimated travel time is accurate. I use now only the fixed Berlin Taxi rate. Feels safer. Only once did a driver leave before the appointed time and he was not parked in front of my building. Free now refunded me the fee for a no show.

As others mentioned, app is frozen since last update and no amount of killing it help.

As someone said below, this app no longer functions on an iPhone. And yes, I already contacted Free Now support.

This app is for Freenow to take a cut on a taxi ride which you can get on your own without using this useless app. Don’t use it unless you want to donate 20% of your taxi ride fee to Freenow!

Was a great app. Now unable to order cars.

Since the last update two days ago the app is completely inoperable on my iPhone. Have tried deleting and reinstalling, restarting iPhone, nothing works. Very frustrating!

App is easy to use. We use this when we went to italy and spain. Now, we are in athens and this app so useful.

App has stopped functioning during today. Will not allow access to account, profiles or even to order cab. Have reinstalled multiple times to no effect.

Booked two rides in London. First ride driver said he accidentally cancelled the trip and I should pay cash. Charged double what the booked rate was. Second trip driver drove right past the hotel pickup point. Didn’t respond to phone call or messages. Both trips resulted in me paying cancellation fees even though I never cancelled a single trip.

Tried app for first time. After 10 mins of searching, no taxis available at LHR at 9pm on a Saturday. Top level black cab even. Oh well. Third time (on third day) worked booking in advance. Will try again.

Charged $10 more than the guaranteed maximum fare. No explanation. No response to my inquiry.

The app is a textbook lesson in poor customer service and no controls on the service provider. While in theory it works for sometimes prompt pickups it fails completely as it does not automatically complete the end of the journey. That means dishonest taxi drivers can leave the meter “running” after the vehicle has been exited. Often driving up the fare by 2-3x

Driver is continuing to drive around while my fare increases. There is no option as a rider to end the ride or even a “help” option. DO NOT DOWNLOAD.

Use this app if you want to be jerked around for 25min by a driver 2-4 blocks away who keeps going in circles, and refuses all communication except for sending the automated “I’m almost there.” This exact scenario has happened to me 6 of the 8 times I have used this app, including on the way to the departures terminal at the airport.

Vito was on time and gave us pointers on where to eat while we waited for our bus to Almafi!

I took a ride in Greece and once I got out the driver never ended the ride. On this app you have no option to end the ride like you can on Uber. Customer support asks for a picture of the taxi’s meter when you got out if you dispute (since everyone does that routinely). This app is garbage and enables scammers.

Not great. Mislabels prices for taxis so that you end up paying way more than advertised. Tried to do ride sharing, but they won’t let me take any car as my license was issued within the past year, despite it being a transfer and with 20 years of driving experience.

I like the reliability of FREENOW. My driver was gregarious, friendly, and had a good sense of humor.
