Only used twice but spot on

Have used in areas where no Uber service. Reliable drivers with decent rides but actual fares are more than twice the fare estimate.

Love the My Taxi App! Ordering and paying for a Taxi is easy. I enjoy ordering the night prior when I have to leave early in the morning. Love It!

Bad experience! Driver arrived early and we were quoted one price via the app but then charged 10euros more by the driver. There was no proof in the app of what price we were quoted and the driver didnt speak our languages so we couldnt explain. I found the UI to be frustrating.

Start menu needs to offer booking options as it is not clear that this could be done and how from the starting point. Otherwise una maravilla!

UX from heaven!

Works great with hiring our first taxi from TXL airport and he found us with no problem. Paid directly from my credit card that I entered into the app. No need to have cash or credit card. Very fast service. Will use again.

Very practical. You can pay by credit card via the app even in Berlin.

I like to use it because you arent competing for a cab. So easy without any hassle. Plus you know your taxi by license plate so you can identify. Also you can see your taxi on the map and know where it is in proximity to you and when its going to arrive by time. No more calling a taxie and waiting

Apps is great, but taxi drivers in Barcelona find a longer path, so that the final amount with 50% discount is the same as with a regular taxi! So why use this Apps??
