Great service and drivers

could be the problem I have one, but I could not connect to application bank card issued by Russian Bank. Ive tried different banks cards and not one was not working

Ive only used it once, but everything works smoothly, so far. I love that I could attach a bank card and also opt to pay by cash. The only problem I had: I tried to adjust the pickup address but the driver didnt get the update, so he was waiting at the spot indicated by location services, which was one block off.

Great app and gets you good taxi service. I especially like that you can request for well-reviewed drivers when booking. However, I have had two problems with this app: 1) the comments section 2) the options section. First of all, the comments section. I have used this part to tell the driver where I am exactly (ex: airport departures terminal 1). However the driver never sees my comments! It had resulted in a lot of trying to find each other and confusion. The last driver I spoke to said its because he did not see my comment at all. I wish the app would allow the drivers to see my comments prior to accepting my booking order. Second -- the options section. I wish there a box for "help with luggage", or a service option of "help with luggage, 2€ per luggage". I usually book a taxi when I have a lot of luggage to or from the airport. Id like to be able to include that in my booking option because so far in Germany, drivers are unhappy when you ask them to help you carry and drop off your luggage (ex: drop off to 1st floor of apartment building). I find this troublesome and wish there was a system where I can just book this extra service before a driver can accept my booking.

Couldnt pay by app and claim my voucherc

Landed in Barcelona on vacation only to find that Uber doesnt have a presence there. Saw advertisement for MyTaxi on our cab ride from the airport and it worked great. The best part about it is the accesibility and ease of use, its also wonderful to not have to worry about digging for change to pay the cab fare!

My family of four needed transportation to the Airport. I made the request the day before and within 20 min had confirmation for the next days pick up. Pablo was not only on time but a few minutes early and the App notified me of his arrival. Everything worked perfectly.

This is a great app for getting a Taxi quickly and easily. One suggestion: for multiple payment options, the ability to label them with a personal label would be great.

This app was perfect for us in Barcelona. Its difficult to find a taxi for 5 but this app allows you to order one and pay by credit card pre-entered. Highly recommend!

First: the app within itself is very bad, its loading speed is horrendously slow, the maps are inaccurate Second: the taxis are practically non existent, it takes a very long time for a taxi to accept the request, if they accept at all And Lastly: the app is pricier than other taxi apps. App could be improved as well as the over taxi system.

The app quoted me prices no where near my metered fares! I was charged 67€ when I was estimated 45. Our driver was pleaant when we complained and charged us 55 instead. Our driver used the meter properly and took the fastest route according to google (Im a little neuratic when in Italy and watched) so I am certain that the error was "myTaxis." Turs out any fare estimated by "myTaxi" is irrelevent and unbinding. Taxis can charge whatever they like and take any route they like. In this case "myTaxi" quoted us a a lowballed fare, the official meter was much higher. "myTaxi" essentially is taxi hailing service. It is not Uber and has no priceing guarentee. In the future, when in Rome, Ill just hail a cab (much faster) and negotiate a price myself.

I am completely unhappy with the service. The taxi took a completely different way and I ended up paying double the price. I would NOT recommend it.

The app is great at getting taxi. I dont use it for fare estimation so I cant comment on that. Sometimes when a driver cancels or another can comes instead of intended taxi, I cant figure out how to pay with app. However 95% of the time I successfully get a taxi within estimated timeframe or sooner, I get to my destination timely and the payment goes straight to my card on file. No need to carry cash, and I get an emailed receipt. Makes doing expense reports easier!

Its reliable service to the airport. I liked advanced booking.

I asked for an estimate between Barcelona central, and the airport and was quoted €11, though warned it was an estimate. 20m later, through pretty uneventful traffic, and a route that was optimal (the driver kept to the route Google suggested), I was charged €35. Additionally, there is no way to rate drivers so that bad driving and rude drivers can be averted. For clarity, I used this app in Spain (which has banned Uber, apparently to support the local taxi industry for a bit longer before it inevitably changes forever). The app seems to encourage whatever practices seem to be standard in the local taxi community. While its technically very good, I cannot trust it.
